You are free to cancel services at anytime. We only request that you communicate with us two business days prior to your scheduled cleaning to avoid any late cancellation charges.
Yes, we bring all professional cleaning products and tools. If you prefer we use something specific in your home, just let us know!
Yes. We are fully insured (liability and workman's compensation) and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
Yes. If we made a mistake, let us know by the next business day and we'll come to make it right.
No, there are specialized cleaning services that handle this type of cleaning. We can help serve longer term, short term rentals (30 days or more). Call with your specific need and we can verify.
No. We are housecleaners, not house 'keepers', these 'add-on' services are beyond our scope.
