How do I get started?

If you're interested in getting recurring house cleaning all you have to do is request a consultation, we'll do a walkthrough of your home, answer all of your questions, send a personalized estimate, and move to scheduling should everything fit perfectly for you.

Do I need to be home when the cleaners are at my house?

No — it’s totally up to you. Many clients give us a code or hide a key. We can clean whether you’re home or not.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes. Every team member is carefully vetted, background-checked, trained, and supervised.

Will the same cleaner be cleaning my house every time?

Our goal is to send the same cleaner every time so they get to know your house and preferences for cleaning.

What if I have pet allergies?

Our team prioritizes avoiding cross contamination at all costs.  Although we make our best effort to prevent bringing outside pet hair with us, the only way to truly prevent it is to use your equipment, which we can do.  Let us know in the consultation!

Am I locked into a contract?

You are free to cancel services at anytime. We only request that you communicate with us two business days prior to your scheduled cleaning to avoid any late cancellation charges.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we bring all professional cleaning products and tools.  If you prefer we use something specific in your home, just let us know!

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes.  We are fully insured (liability and workman's compensation) and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

Do you offer a guarantee for your work?

Yes.  If we made a mistake, let us know by the next business day and we'll come to make it right.

Do you clean short term rentals or air bnbs?

No, there are specialized cleaning services that handle this type of cleaning.  We can help serve longer term, short term rentals (30 days or more).  Call with your specific need and we can verify.

Do you do dishes or laundry?

Accepted Answer

No.  We are housecleaners, not house 'keepers', these 'add-on' services are beyond our scope.

What happens if something in my home gets damaged?

We take great care and concern handling your items.  If something does happen, we will notify you right away and do everything we can to make it right.
